  As the Senior Program Director of multiples programs, I was responsible for hiring, training and evaluating staff. I generated monthly, quarterly and annual reports. I conducted Quality Assurance Audits on programs to ensure programs were meeting goals/outcomes. I created policies and procedures for newly implemented programs. I maintained an annual budget over 1.9 million. In addition, I participated in consortiums with the local health system to plan and development a sustainment plan for our non-profit . I conducted program evaluations and performance reporting in cooperation with contracted program evaluators. Led a team of 27 including Integrated Primary Prevention, Risk Reduction, Army Substance Abuse Prevention, and Prevention Counseling. RESULTS: Stood up a new program in the National Guard. Hired a team of 12 preventionists and merged 3 existing programs into a new directorate that included prevention workforce, risk reduction, substance abuse reduction, and prevention. ADVISORY: Ensures the development and implementation of prevention programs relating to self-harm, sexual assault, sexual harassment, and workplace harassment. Advised leaders in addressing behaviors that lead to harmful behaviors. RESULTS: Initiated strategic plan that advised leadership on the way forward in preventing harmful behaviors throughout the National Guard in Texas reaching more than 30,000 Airmen, Soldiers, Federal Service Employees, and Dependents.
