  I created and coordinated a schedule for up to 40 staff, trained new naturalists, monitored their progress, and worked with upper management to ensure all programs were run to company standard. Served on snorkel and whale watch ecotour vessels to educate guests, promote advocacy and raise funds for the nonprofit side of PWF. I provided customer service, and in-depth environmental education presentations to small and large groups. I consistently surpassed goals in fundraising and membership recruitment for the nonprofit.

I also led seasonal staff in field work to survey for and eradicate aquatic invasive species and noxious weeds.

  Delivered community outreach regarding transportation projects. My responsibilities included identifying stakeholders, organizing meetings, managing communications consultants and responding to citizen inquiries via phone and email. Additionally, I was responsible for corresponding with local legislators on behalf of district leadership and played a key role in interagency communications.

  Boating Law Administrator

  I manage Idaho's Recreational Boating Safety grant from the U.S Coast Guard and supervise the state's boating safety and education programs. This includes grant writing and reporting, subawarding grant monies to approximately 30 counties, managing a staff of regional education coordinators, facilitating the delivery of annual marine law enforcement trainings, managing the state's Life Jacket Loaner Program, and representing the interests of Idaho's boaters at various meetings and working groups.
