      The Federal Judicial Center’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) accepts only 75 students for every three year iteration. The LDP is a comprehensive course of study that spans three years and incorporates extensive research accompanied by written reports, implementation of a new program, and a temporary duty assignment. My course of study specifically focused on employee engagement and change management. I am a graduate of Class XIV (2018).
