The organization has now been ranked the #1 public library system in Kentucky since 2013 and is currently 9th in the USA out of 6,000 same size institutions.Operated as Construction Project Manager for 2 years as the Erlanger Branch completing a 13,000 sq ft. building addition, including large meeting spaces, study rooms and a makerspace. Coordinated staffing, technology purchases, and initial programming.Planned and instituted a branch-wide system reorganization, moving to a service-based model from an age-based model. Created new job descriptions, job postings, evaluation documents, and developed cross-training programs.
