      Managed marketing for IBM's Analytics Platform portfolio- Cloud Data Services- Business Analytics- Enterprise Content Management- Database, Big Data, and Information Integration and Governance Built IBM's award winning go-to-market across a variety of industries - Utilities (water and energy), Public Safety (law enforcement, homeland security), Fraud Management (public sector, finance, insurance), and cross-agency Social Services delivery. Developed the transformation plan for IBM Software Group across Asia Pacific to an industry solution focus (Jan 2008 to mid 2009) and then in IBM Australia/NZ (mid 2009 to end 2010). Managed marketing teams in India, South East Asia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Australia and New Zealand focused on developing autonomous revenue streams via IBM Business Partners and Distributors. Managed WebSphere marketing across Asia Pacific with teams in 6 operating regions Japan Greater China Group (including Hong Kong and Taiwan) India / South Asia Korea ASEAN (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines) Australia and New ZealandGrew annual revenue to US$2B made up of US$1.6B stream revenue and US$400M one-time revenue. Launched the WebSphere Brand in A & NZ,- built the Java business (J2EE Application Server and associated Development Tools)- grew the Integration Solution business with Message Broker and Business Process ManagementRESULTS- over 90% market share for Asynchronous Integration Middleware- Java: best performing country by marketshare, #1 in IBM worldwide
