   Planned, organized, lead, and controlled many projects in Qatar.  Handling all the Design, Construction Projects & Maintenance/Repair works for the Swimming Pool, Water features, SPA & RO Plants. Analyze the requirements of projects and provide cost, labor, and time estimate.  Prepare, Coordinate and Revise as necessary, MEP Designs, Calculations, Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Method statement & Handing over documents for Projects.  Plan resources and plant requirements and arrange procurement to suit program requirements. Attend Key Project meetings with Clients, consultants & Contractors.  Co-ordination with architectural and structural & all MEP work.  Identify opportunities to reduce use of inventory and thereby reduce costs for the company.  Managing projects in tactical and strategic purchasing tasks which may lead to reducing the overall cost of the Project.  Monitor construction work being completed for compliance with contract documents and specifications.  Trains and supervises employees for proper pool maintenance and repair. Prepare the PPM Schedule for all systems. Monitoring the Ph, CL, water chemistry & temperature of Swimming Pool & Water features to maintain as per International & Local Standards (MOPH). Preparing Technical reports for the defective parts/Assets & quoting the same on time for its repair/replacement job. Corrective maintenance of all Swimming Pool & Water feature systems. Preparing and submitting monthly, weekly, and daily reports to clients. Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of chemicals, critical parts, and supplies as needed. Reactive response on routine, urgent & emergency basis for facility complaints. Prepared the Condition Survey Report (CSR) for Swimming Pool & Water feature works. Responsible for testing and commissioning of the projects. Prepare the work order request and close the work order after finishing the work. عرض أقل
