  Assistant Engineer (Convergent Billing & Data Engineer) reported to Executive Engineer, Senior Engineer in Core Network Operation Department(Jan 2015 - Apr 2017)• After being promoted from my core network infrastructure roles, I assumed the position of a Billing system & Data Engineer. In this capacity, I was responsible for coding for database, Scripting, collecting, analyzing, installing, configuring, operating, administrating, maintaining, and backing up data and logs within Convergent Mobile Billing systems. This system operated on Linux RedHat on HP ProLiant DL380 G7 servers, specifically utilizing N-OCS v4.0_Smart Convergent billing solution system/ NTels Online Charging System and associated databases.• My duties encompassed the convergence of payment methods for both prepaid and postpaid services across fixed and mobile WiMax broadband Internet. Additionally, I collaborated closely with Transmission Engineers from the Access Network Engineering Department, as well as colleagues from Customer Care, Marketing, and Finance Departments, to ensure seamless data management and utilization.Other responsibilities - Overseeing Abuse Desk operations and management. I serve as the designated representative software developer and core team member for the OpenMRS (EMR) project of the National AIDS Program, nominated by CPI. As a software developer for the nationwide Medical Record systems of the National AIDS program, I have been fulfilling this dual role as a CPI representative since July 2018, contributing 60% of my workload to this crucial national Medical Record system project and dedicating the remaining 40% to CPI responsibilities. I also serve as a medical record system training facilitator for medical professionals, including clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, and lab technicians in hospitals and ART clinic centers under the Ministry of Health and Sports, UNAIDS, and WHO.Beyond my role as a developer, I also serve as a key contributor for IT solutions at CPI. I have excelled in the role of network and system management, overseeing both on-premises in Myanmar and Thailand and in the cloud using platforms like AWS and Oracle Cloud. My responsibilities extend to cloud services administration, including platforms like Google Workspace, where I manage scalability, reliability, and account management.Furthermore, I provide dedicated IT technical support to the Public Health staff, promptly addressing hardware and software issues. I collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to understand and meet their specific IT requirements, implementing and supporting health informatics applications and tools. Concurrently, I conduct tailored training sessions to enhance digital literacy among Public Health staff, optimizing their utilization of IT tools.My role involves fostering collaborative environments, both internally and externally, to align IT solutions with the unique needs of Public Health professionals. At CPI, I am also dedicated to supporting the IT system of the health and well-being of ethnic groups, including the Karen, Shan, Kachin, and Kayah, in Myanmar.
