      As student helper me and my team have different kind of duties.We were a team of senior students available each time a branch of the Abertay University needs help to complete a task. i.e. on opens day I had to welcomes possible new students and guide them to find the rooms they need to go, company them to see the Opal accomodations and be available to answers their questions about student life. My main duty is to be a friendly student who introduce new students into university life, I have to be there for them in case they have problems (i.e. few of them during the first week lost their luggages at the airport) or to help them to start their new student life (i.e. some student suffered with anxiety, loneliness, etc.).
