  Part of Go To Market (GTM) – Trade Promotion team. My responsibilities include:- Replace local Trade promotion Management (TPM) tools with a Global ACTPM Tool across Unilever markets. - Standardize TPM process and technology for seamless implementation across Unilever markets. - Collaborate with Business and Functional teams to gather requirements and deliver TPM Tools. - Currently, working on implementing ACTPM for Ireland, Nordics region, UK and Arabia. - Enhancing NRM process to manage customer business planning (to manage Trade terms and long term agreements) using ACTPM. - Managing team of consultants and vendor partners to deliver projects. Achievements –1. Implementation of ACTPM for multiple region - ANZ, DACH, Indonesia and UK. 2. Designed uniform template for European market reducing delivery time from current 1 year to 3 months.As part of this role, I have traveled to Australia and Indonesia multiple times on a work visa for business engagements, conducting workshops, and ensuring seamless implementation across markets.
