Tasks and activities:➣ Create and edit lifting plans for standard cutter suction dredgers (Beaver® serie).➣ Preparation of technical transport documents and drawings for shipping companies and carriers.➣ First contact for internal and external transport (technical) questions.➣ Assessing transport tenders and documentation (transport manuals) received from external parties (shipping companies, brokers).➣ Operational support during loading operations; provide feedback to internal and external parties about improvements.➣ Write and maintain of 'User Manual' for standard cutter suction dredgers (Beaver® serie). ➣ Create parts list for floating dredge pipeline based on sales specification; inspection of pipeline parts by suppliers.➣ Write and maintain of 'Basin Trials' for standard cutter suction dredgers (Beaver® serie).➣ Write and maintain of ‘Parts & Tools’ and ‘Inventory’ specifications for delivery with sold standard cutter suction dredgers. Results:➣ Operational coordination of approximately 15 shipments a year with cutter suction dredger and additional equipment to destinations all around the world.➣ Improving the available knowledge about transport within IHC, which has led to the position of IHC as a reliable partner for shipping companies, carriers and other (maritime) service providers.➣ Compose a ‘User Manual’ for each type (5) standard cutter suction dredger.
