  In this role I engage daily with corporate clients and their representative executives. I am responsible for the marketing and business development of executive learning interventions for the University of Stellenbosch Business School-Executive Development. My specific focus is on the customisation of programmes for client and audience requirements. My background and experience in a wide range of industries places me well in these strategic engagements. I have worked and consulted in retail, FMCG, clothing, cosmetics, jewellery,large events, petrochemicals, volunteering, light engineering,training and development among others.In my current role I am responsible for the overall customer relationship management. My academic responsibilities are tied to serving as programme director in the delivery of contracted programmes with clients. I ultimately chair the panel for the adjudication of business research topic presentations by participants, together with company executives. In order to deliver impactful interventions, a clear understanding of an organisations strategy, needs to be understood for alignment and design.
