      The internship at Middle Earth HR (MEHR) was a comprehensive HR project that enabled me to learn and carry out the detailed aspects of Learning and development, HR Trends, Competency Analysis and providing placements to participants who were part of the CSR program in the company.The major project of L&D involves revamping and updating the content and redesigning the existing courses that MEHR currently sells to its customers. I was tasked with redesigning two OD professional courses. I researched competitors and identified the latest topics being taught in the market along with the job requirements in the market for the assigned roles. This process led to us being able to design/redesign the existing course in accordance with the current market requirements. Each course that has been worked on has also been visually redesigned to make it more participant friendly and easier to comprehend. Thus all the courseware, PowerPoint presentations and projects were designed for each individual course in the form of Instructor-led as well as E-learning Programs. I was also tasked with identifying the Trend Analysis for the OD specialization for the year 2022. This report included various statistics, buzz words, technologies and the various best practices being used by OD professionals and/or companies across various industries.The minor projects consisted of carrying out a competency analysis for the Sales Executives followed by designing and conducting various tests to identify areas of improvement for the sales executives. This was followed by a second project involving placements for students who were a part of the CSR activity at MEHR. These students are from humble backgrounds and have taken part in basic courses for HR to help them secure jobs in the domain of HR. Show less
