  I joined IBM in 2017 as a test specialist and have been performing a test lead role since 2018 (IBM Halifax). Currently, I am performing both the role of a business analyst and test lead (IBM Toronto/Markham). As a Business Analyst, I• Facilitated writing, planning, and grooming of user stories in JIRA for the Agile development• Creation of use case and business process/flow diagrams.• Practice collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to translate high-level business needs into detailed functional requirements.• Creative and flexible in identifying technical solutions to resolve business problems in a rapidly changing, demanding, and complex business environment.• Liaise between technical and non-technical resource team members to answer day-to-day business questions either directly or indirectly as supported by the Business Leads and SMEs.As a QA lead, I• Led and managed the end-to-end testing processes by leading and collaborating with teams across different geographical locations. • Initiated and spearheaded the set-up of a new mobile devices testing laboratory in IBM Halifax. • Helped cut down costs by providing tester insight from the requirement gathering stage aimed at defect prevention rather than defect detection. • Developed proof-of-concept models to showcase the performance of internal tools for test optimization and automation. • Interacted with clients during different levels, including during requirement review, test planning, iteration demos, defect review, and UAT.
