Responsible for developing and reviewing a monitoring and evaluation plans, engineering performance and impact indicators and Implementing monitoring systems to ensure business growth and sustainability. Led a number of business transformation projects including the Remediation Phase of the VIVO Quantum 2 Project, SO Energy Automation Project, Scania Project, TEL Energy Automation Project, Valuation of Top Oils Amanda Assets for SHELL, etc. Monitored project activities, outputs and progress towards anticipated results. Worked with data platforms and select technologies to capture and organize data. Worked as project expeditor to install Forecourt controllers and Automatic Tank Gauging devices at 200 and 50 GOIL Fuel Retail Outlets respectively. Led the installation of 4 newly built fuel dispensing Global Pumping Units, monitored performance over a period on 1 year and submitted periodic reports for continuous improvement of unit at factory. Monitored and reported on contract KPIs, staff efficiency and productivity.
