      Business Initiative lead for introducing instant payment services at UBS. This is a large, complex, and multi-year implementation that requires extensive stakeholder management. It includes the development and maintenance of the Implementation Roadmap, as well as the requirements management (ensure alignment with overall business objectives/ OKRs). Defining and executing the planning process for all Business Divisional, Group Functional and Cross-Portfolio change initiatives based on business cases. This includes the definition of prioritization criteria (limit management), instructing the portfolios to submit their demand, consolidation and analysis, e.g. regarding financial benefits, regulatory compliance and investment categories. Show less Project Manager for the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) project at UBS AG in New York. CCAR is an annual exercise by the Federal Reserve to assess whether the largest bank holding companies operating in the United States have sufficient capital to continue operations throughout times of economic and financial stress and that they have robust, forward-looking capital-planning processes that account for their unique risks. The process comprises various scenarios with respective loss and revenue implications which are based on thorough risk models and Pre-Provision Net Revenue (PPNR).Main focus of my activity is the management of the CCAR process itself from the kick off to the final delivery to the FRB, a process which has to be passed twice a year from 2017 onwards and which involves the orchestration of various functions such as Risk, Finance, Treasury, Reporting and Data Management. The project is one building block of the bank`s response to regulatory requirements such as TBTF (Too Big To Fail) and resolvability. Main objective of the project was the establishment of a financial holding company through a share for share exchange.
