Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as G.P., nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers, to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Participate in case conferences and contribute to the development of care plans and strategies. 7. Rehabilitation Programs: Develop and implement community-based rehabilitation programs aimed at promoting health and wellbeing, preventing disability, and enhancing functional independence. This involve organizing exercise classes, falls preventions, and other initiatives to support patients' long-term recovery. 8. Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest research, evidence-based practices, and advancements in physiotherapy.
