      I was hired in 2012 as a Lifeguard for the Summer 2012 season and remained a lifeguard until the end of the 2013 season where I was promoted to Supervisor and was a Supervisor until May 2015. As a lifeguard my duties were to scan the water, dispatch the water slides, participate in weekly in-services, pick up trash and other equipment, and maintain park procedures. As a Supervisor my duties included scheduling the lifeguarding staff each week, lead the in-services and keep the guards up to date on new safety precautions, supervise staff while on and off stand while working, and assist guests. I maintained a NASCO Lifeguard and First-Aid certification as a lifeguard, and adding a Lifeguard Trainer Certification after I was promoted to Supervisor. Show less
