  Established Eternity Technologies in 2013 to build on the success of MMD in the South African market (role below), I led the business through to its acquisition by JSE listed group Hudaco Industries in 2017. At this time, my role as MD shifted to change management, and reporting directly to the Executive Committee, I matured the systems, processes and controls of the family-owned business to meet corporate requirements. Providing leadership across HR, finance, production, services and sales, I partnered with my management team to not only identify and convert opportunities, but mitigate risk. I also served as a proactive member of the Social & Ethics, Risk Assessment and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) committees. Today I am finalising the last part of the transition to Hudaco whilst based in Australia. • Built Eternity Technologies into a leading market brand and household name in South Africa, increasing the profitability of the business year on year;• Secured board approval to establish a local cell assembly and formation plant, a move that improved the profitability of production while creating new jobs and opportunities for the local community;• Led a number of process improvement projects, including the transition of finance from Pallidum to SAGE and rollout of sales tracking app Skynamo, realising significant efficiency and performance gains;• Created and nurtured a positive workplace culture, driving high levels of engagement and maximising retention.
