  Served as the commanding officer for an Army medical company of over 80 Soldiers for over two years. During this period, I was responsible for the training, readiness, welfare, safety, and professional development of my unit. I led this unit on the initial invasion of Iraq, as part of our Brigade Combat Team (BCT), where we not only performed exceptionally, but also returned everyone home safely, without serious injury or harm.   We evaluate and observe Emergency Operations Centers for US Army Installation Garrison Commands in emergency management operations so that they can effectively and efficiently respond to all-hazards emergency situations. We cover over 65 locations worldwide and serve as team leads for evaluation teams comprised of various functional subject matter experts (in areas such as EOC Operations, Fire and Law Enforcement, Family Assistance Centers, Public Affairs and Human Resources).
