  WTG Deputy Site Manager:  Managing the supervision of the preassembly site activities, encompassing progress reporting, quality, HSE and interface work to ensure that the progress of the preassembly site progress does not delay the installation vessel load-out activities.  Planning and coordinating the installation and commissioning of offshore wind turbines in close cooperation with the Transportation & Installation Package.  Conducting site visits to oversee and support the installation activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project timelines.  Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arose during the commissioning phase, working closely with cross-functional teams and contractors. WTG Quality Lead:  Managing five quality team members based at the preassembly and offshore sites.  Overseeing the WTG pre-assembly process, including quality control and adherence to design specifications.  Ensuring SGRE adhered to approved quality procedures and checklists during installation.  Identifying non-conformities during the final walkdowns and ensuring thorough inspection, monitoring, and documentation undertaken. WTG Interface Engineer:  Managing the interface between TIPC, the WTG supplier (SGRE) and the Foundation Supplier (JDN), including acquisition of the road permit for WTG component transportation between quaysides.  Managing the provision of the offshore genset commissioning with Genset Company (MRE), including planning CTV operations.  Managing the Offshore Interface Trouble shooting activities for 8VM1 switchgear, davit crane commissioning, tower ladder gaps, foghorn, and AIS systems, including planning CTV operations.  Coordinating the interfaces associated with the EBL permit acquisition, and delivering the final O&M handover documentation.
