      1.Develope Digit Twin using Siemens Process Simulate- Which includes layout preparation, defining kinematics to various devices. Preparation of sensors and set up as per sensor layout. After that creating signals list importing those signals into Process Simulate and assigning to there respective devices. If station includes Robot then first do reach analysis collision check and then teach Robot optimum path as per application. Additionally I develop Logic Blocks for various electro-mechanical devices i.e. Servo, VFD, Camera, Scanner etc. After that creating material flow i.e. Part Generate and Destroy as per loading and unloading sequence. 2.Reserach And Development- I conduct R&D for Virtual Commissioning of various make of PLC that is Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley and different gantry controllers like Siemens 840D and Siemens Sinumerik one using SIMIT.3.Support PLC and Robotics programmer to prove PLC and Robot programme. 4.Project Management- Project Management is another key aspect of my role where i co-ordinate with multi-disciplinary teams i.e. Mechanical Design, Control Design and Control Software (PLC and Robotics programmer) to ensure all project milestone are met in time.5.Client Interaction- I also maintain regular interaction with client to understand there requirements and standard for Virtual Commissioning projects.
