  This job consisted of programming strength, HIIT, and cardio workouts to the team. As the coach, my goal is to provide exercises that focus on posture and challenging competitions which makes the team unite. As a student employee, my responsibility is to monitor and coordinate plans for wellness activities. I am a moderator of Grand View’s wellness social media groups and blogs, as well as a coordinator of health fairs, nutrition meetings and monthly health challenges. In addition, I also manage the fitness equipment and instruct 5 different group fitness classes a week.
