  - Assigned as electrical engineer at Johor Feed mill plant under the Maintenance Department.- Worked with production department to ensure the production runs without hiccups.- Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.- Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration for electrical instruments such as flow meters, sensors, electric motors and inverters in factory.- Rectify, fit and repair instrumentation used in the plant which are integrated to the electrical, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems for the operation of the plant.- Repair and modify heavy machineries such as bucket elevators and chain conveyors.- Utilize machinery software package and record daily operational parameters to ensure the production is operating optimally.- Observe meters, gauges, and level sensors to find any anomalies during the operation.- Plan, install, rearrange and replace instruments in the control panels and distribution boards.- Install and troubleshoot issues involving communication network and various type of PLCs such as Allen Bradley, Siemens and Delta.- Set up Human Machine Interface (HMI) for the plant by testing all sensor inputs necessary for the program with the programmer.- Assist suppliers and external vendors required for plant upgrading and repairs which include upgrading air Compressor System, Mixer machine, Pallet mill machine and Nano scale for batching system.- Supervise and verified safety issues in the work area and reporting to the safety executives of the company. - Oversee the replacement of bucket elevator belt, bucket, fittings and realignment done by contractor.
