The software running on Synology NAS has accumulated millions of installations.<Achievements>1. Selected as one of the keynote speakers at the 2023 Synology online event.2. Extensive experience as a product owner for different new software products, leading teams of 20+ developers to efficiently complete the entire product cycle from ideation to product launch. This includes product strategy, roadmapping, user requirements analysis, specification drafting, development, validation, and bringing the product to market.<Responsibllities>1. Product owner of BeeStation, a new NAS product targeting general consumers/home users. In charge of the software development management including cloud portal, OS, web, mobile, and desktop apps. Successfully aligned software development schedule with hardware production and addressed the release in 2024/1, within about a year of development. After launch, the product garnered attention and acclaim from multiple media outlets.2. Product owner of Synology Photos, an on-premise photo management application targeting photographers/power users/home users running on Synology NAS. In charge of the software development management web, mobile, and TV apps. Gain over 1 million users and 60% installation rate after 1 year of release.3. General PM for Synology mobile apps, conducting specifications and scheduling development for all apps in Synology to ensure all of them meet the requirement of different platforms’ policy.4.
