I work primarily with women who identify as being highly sensitive or an empath, who are wanting to get more of what they want in life, and less of what they don't. What usually gets in the way of that is brought to their awareness through our coaching conversations. Coaching provides a space for my clients to talk through current issues, perceptions, and feelings, articulate what matters most, envision their ideal life and ideal self, and discern their path forward from here. Since 2003, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, primarily women experiencing a transitional phase in their lives, or who have wanted support in their professional development.
