  I worked as a trainee in the quality assurance directorate of Turkish Technic. I took an active part in examining the problems arising in aircraft, making root cause analysis, cost calculation, determining the measures to be taken and reporting by participating in meetings. I took part in the creation of maintenance cards in accordance with the updates from Boeing and Airbus companies in the Engineering Department. I observed maintenance, production and assembly processes of many aircraft parts.

  The study was carried out to investigate repair methods in honeycomb materials and to apply repair methods to damaged parts. Post-repair strength values were obtained by performing 4-point bending tests in accordance with ASTM standards on the panels repaired in accordance with BOEING standards. The effectiveness of the wet lay-up repair method and its usability for the examined honeycomb composites were evaluated.

  I have worked structural analysis and design engineer in Dasal Aviation established in partnership with Aselsan and Altınay. I have used Abaqus, ANSA and Siemens NX programs. I took part in all the projects of the company, from multicopters with a cargo capacity of 150 kilograms to mini-class drones.
