Show less Initially my responsibilities were those of a Finance Project Manager for our client, Inditex, in the Systems Department. Projects were related to the consolidation of the ITX Group.Later on, as Inditex’s Head of Service, I took over of the management, monitoring and customer relationships of various critical projects. The greatest achievements at this stage were in the areas of:• Methodology: Implementation and adoption of an agile development methodology, SCRUM, which allowed us to align with the needs of Inditex in terms of change and risk management and KPI’s measurement for a better estimation of the development tasks. This has resulted in us having a closer relationship with our client, increasing their confidence and opting to more complex projects.• Technology: As the coordinator of the technical committee, I was responsible for the technological update of the team in projects where we had major technological shortcomings: GWT, SWT, Spring MVC and Hibernate.This guided a cultural change on the software development approach to achieve a 45% reduction in development time and increased team motivation and commitment.• Business: Implant projects in strategic areas like e-commerceThis maturity in the methodology and technology used has allowed us to be the leading provider in Inditex’s Finance Department and be considered by their Software Architecture Department as the best technical reference.From May 2011 I’m in charge of Inditex’s account as a Global Account Manager, doing sales work and CR:• Manage operations in INDITEX, increasing business volume while guaranteeing the delivery of quality solutions on time and on budget.
