Nominations can be submitted by anyone within the Darden Community and should be based on the following criteria: 1. Exceptional productivity and/or customer service that exceeds the organization’s expectations2. Outstanding and exemplary performance that inspires others3. Employee suggestion of a successfully implemented significant new and efficient work program4. Significant and sustained employee efforts that go considerably beyond the call of duty5.
