      In my role as VP for Microsoft Services in EMEA, my goal is to broaden an often-siloed perspective in enterprise and continue to support our great partners who have made the market in the consultancy side of our business. Making sure my team and I drive the strongest business impact, starts by partnering with our customers and guiding them through the change management aspect of digital transformation. By working alongside them – and tapping into their industry expertise – together we can have conversations about how to provide AI in a specific way, or IOT in a new way, to modernize their infrastructure or optimize a better path for success.In tandem with a change management focus, team alignment is critical to my strategy. By building out my team’s capabilities with new methodologies and making education a high-level, strategic priority, I am creating an environment where people can learn from each other by making previous digital transformation experiences available – and that pays a direct dividend to the customer.
