  I was hired as an out-calling credit card salesman. My position included 40-hours of calling potential customers to offer additional credit. The customers were pre-qualified based upon prior credit history. The challenge of this position were long hours, limited mobility, inability of job advancement, and lack of interest of the preformed duties. This employment opportunity was short lived, but taught me professionalism in the workplace, and lead me into the direction of my passion for employment. Show less

  As a program administrator, I manage two border-waiver programs. At one location, I support 4 IDD individuals, at the second I support one person to live in his apartment. I oversee staffing, training, regulatory expectations, etc.

  Animal Care Technician

  I cleaned the dog room of the shelter. I provided maintenence services, repaired damages, and found solutions to spacing issues. I assisted with work-up (vetrinary care) of the animals including bathing, flea and insect care, de-worming, nail care, distemper vaccinations, etc. I continue to provide services for and with the FCAS, even today. I assist with animal overflow by taking in foster animals. I have fostered as few as a single dog (a St. Bernard), to as many as 8 dogs at once (a mother and her 7 puppies). I have fostered a mother and litter of 5 kittens, and taken on 3 abandoned Mastiff pups, who needed special care and treatment as they were only 2-weeks old. They needed bottle feeding and preliminary bowel and bladder care. Show less
