  Based on my experience, I was involved into different areas of operation and research in the company. Generally, I am responsible in documenting, analyzing and improving all the company's processes. As part of my outputs, I have made different department work manuals composed of the different activities and parameters which were used as guidelines per department. These manuals are:- Building Construction Handbook- Construction Documentation Handbook- Conversion Handbook- Documentation/Loan Processing Handbook- House Construction Handbook- Land Development Handbook- Predocs Handbook- Purchasing Handbook- Sales Reservation Handbook- Security HandbookAt the same time, I am also a part of the company's quality and research team. I have made standard punch lists for different house models (MRB-studio unit, MRB-2bedroom unit, duplex, two storey townhouse, one storey rowhouse and single attached house) which were used nationwide to ensure quality for work-in-process and finished products. Together with my team, we conduct monthly audits and quality check of finished houses and condominium units.With regards to research and development, I was able to make and design a specific homeowner's manual per house model (as mentioned above) which is composed of the house features, renovation guidelines, maintenance and etc. In addition, I have also made a study about new technologies (improved precast construction) in innovating the company's house construction process.
