  To control garments printing Production and quality.Maintain standard operating procedure (SOP).To plan how to increase production with buyer wise expected quality. Strongly follow up hourly individual target,monitoring production & take necessary action. Correspondent with the Merchandiser of factory or Buying House. Monitoring the production side to get the bulk print approval and also complete the production target with approved quality.Coordinate with Sampling & Pattern, Fabric Store, Merchandising, Planning, and Sewing departments to ensure that the fabrics are arranged well in advance.Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure the required quality standard. Working with renowned buyers such as PUMA, G-STAR,ESPRIT, H & M, WALMART , OSHKOSH, Bench, MQ, LidL,Tom-tailor & Oxylane . Maintain RSL issues such as Formaldehyde,PVC, AZO, Phthalate and all others hazards element not contain in using chemical.To follow up TOD (Total Order Delivery). To set up target about rejection percentage below 0.50% & minimization of fabric shortage .To set up manpower in every printing table,Auto oval & MHM circular machine Show less Monitoring the running Production. Gives tips to achieve the target. To select the process for the orders removal of extra processes to reduce cost of production. Reduce loose time & ensure changeover is minimum,Check work place, method & ensure proper utilization of man & Machine.To take initiatives to avoid the wastage of print Color & chemicals. Motivate, supervise & lead the printers or operators & technician to ensure good attendance & punctuality of work in order to achieve production efficiency. Analysis & find solutions to production related problems & Maintain or improve productivity, efficiency & quality. Skill inventory of existing workers & assessment for new workers.
