      Jewel in the Crown Head (India Region) Nov 2014 I was recognized for my project management and alliance management skills for launching the first Monoclonal antibody for Ranbaxy for the India Region. I was the conduit between the lincesor and the contract manufacturer for the Indian market. We were able to launch the product within the stipulated time frame. I managed key challenges like the SDEA, Risk Mitigation Plan, Cold Chain Plan and Commercial plan for the product.
