Studying opportunities to optimise the Operational Decarbonisation plan by helping to inform strategies in the fugitive emissions workstream. Sprint Team - strategy / planning role Lead the management of Coal Studies within the feasibility stage of investment Seconded to assist the CFO's Office in managing the development and implementation of BHP's Global Investment Process. Simplified 8 - 10 separate Investment governance processes, and 15+ supporting documents, into a single cohesive process for managing BHP annual corporate capital allocation across the Globe. Co-ordinate and review the submission of approvals for all Capital Investments and Contracts >US$20M <US$250M for the BHP Billiton's Global Coal Assets. Provided advisory services to Coal Executive Leadership Team on the governance of BHP Investments Co-ordinate the submission of all Capital Investments >US$2M and Contracts >US$20M, as well as interactions with the approval teams of both BHPB Coal and Mitsubishi Development Corporation for BMA submissions >US$20M.
