  As part of Schlumberger's prestigious Vacation Trainee (VT) program, I gained hands-on exposure to the oil and gas industry, working in the Artificial Lift business line focused on Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) operations. Based in the remote oil fields of Riau Province, I spent two months collaborating with the field crew, working day and night shifts to assist in ESP installations under expert supervision.In addition to fieldwork, I was entrusted with a side project to optimize heavy vehicle utilization ratios, aiming to reduce costs and enhance profitability for Variable Speed Drive (VSD) transport between the base and field locations. My efforts earned an "Outstanding" performance rating and recognition from the Field Service Manager, ultimately securing my acceptance as a Field Engineer Trainee in Schlumberger’s Artificial Lift after graduated.
