  CSR was established in 2005 with the vision to develop the motorsport industries in Singapore and regionally. CSR provides professional motorsport-related consultancy and delivers effective race management services. First established in 1996, the company provided race engineering expertise and motorsport consultancy to regional clients as far as China. With more than 15 years of experience in motorsport, the CSR team has conducted defensive, advanced, and performance driving courses as well as managed race teams in international events. With a network of professional agencies and bodies, CS Racing expanded into motorsports events management in 2005. It has since created and managed numerous major motorsport events in Singapore and beyond.I have been instrumental in the success of CS Racing Pte Ltd and K1 Motorsports Series. Led the team in operations and marketing of CS Racing and all its projects since its inception in 2006. I had spent 7 years in the USA working for a project management software company in Seattle, Washington. Upon my return to Singapore, I have been in the events management industry since, undertaking numerous roles in marketing, business development, internal operations and project management.
