Conducted 20 workshops and 30 multi-million dollar funded military exercises that resulted in 100% certification of all personnel. • Completed a multitude of advanced schools and training over 10 months; conducted 20 complex technical surveillance operations and training in Colombia, Mexico, and Panama; this effort identified vulnerability exposures that resulted in improving the security posture at 16 facilities.• Key member of a team that activated a 250-person organization followed by an 8-person Technical Surveillance department from scratch. Developed a comprehensive program of instruction for the Afghan Local Police in recruiting, physical training, foreign weapon familiarization and qualification, methods of patrol, communication, and methods of security. This training resulted in improved security protocols and survivability against attacks. • Planed, organized, trained, advised, and supervised upwards of 165 indigenous and allied personnel on the collection and processing of intelligence information that resulted in safely accomplishing 156 objectives.
