Review of the level of implementation of the previous year’s annual operation plan and identification of areas of poor implementation. A robust bottle neck analysis of factors affecting implementation of Health services Participated in the development of State strategic Health development plan, and the Kaduna State Health sector implementation plan, a short-term plan comprising of activities to help achieve the long-term plan.  Supported the State planning process for implementing Primary Health Care under one roof (PHCUONER) to strengthen Primary Health Care services through improving management, coordination and monitoring of resources. Co-chair for routine immunization monitoring and evaluation working group (M&EWG).
