  Job roles:- Co-ordinate and design HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting systems for various types of projects i.e., Mixed use development, residential, hospitality, healthcare facilities, railway, and airports from conceptual design through to close out in compliance with international codes and standards; local regulations; and according to the project’s specifications.- Perform related design calculations, analysis, and equipment selection.- Prepare project specifications and bill of quantities.- Respond to contractors’ tender clarifications.- Manage the links between construction sites and design offices, respond to construction site clarifications, and solving construction sites technical problems.- Review project goals and objectives on a regular basis ensuring high standards are maintained in terms of client liaison to bring any overspent potential to the attention of the project manager.- Conduct design safety review, peer review and value engineering- Document design drawings and processes using Revit and AutoCAD in compliance with quality procedures.- Provide technical guidance, peer review and mentorship to junior engineers engaged in building system designs.- One of the BIM development team responsible for creating Revit families library, dynamo scripts for automating Revit workflows.- Model coordinator for various projects responsible for:o Ensuring the implementation of the modeling strategy and BIM standards in the trade, as set for the project by the Project Manager and the BIM Coordinator.o Validate the level of detail and controls as defined for each project phase.o Reviewing and fixing critical warnings.o Organizing views, sheets, drawing lists, and print sets.o Coordinating with discipline Design Manager / Group Leader to find out what is required at each submittal.o Organizing project specific families.
