  Will has led the design and delivery of property solutions to support video capability for Mortgage interviews. This work has involved transforming contact centres and also updating branch interview rooms.This has involved in trialling and evolving solutions and managing the implementations. Will project managed the pilot of video technology in Halifax branches.The involved overseeing all aspects including training, property solutions, process design, communications etc.The learnings from this pilot have been crucial in further development in this area within LBG Will carried out a Project Management role supporting a number of bank branch initiatives.These include the design of a Banking Hall customer engagement model which was rolled out to c24k branch colleagues and also leading the communication and engagement of a new time management initiative and support modelThis role was alongside work shown on Remote Advice. Will has carried out a wide range of project management activities and roles.These include integration following LBG merger, loans development, mortgages, changes to documentation and stationery, risk and regulatory projects, amongst others.
