  “The art of good management is good communication” : I believe this statement applies to all roles within the NHS, from the HCA to the consultant, from the clerk to the Chief Executive. I believe in keeping in touch with patients, both to alleviate their worries and make them feel an individual.I have been pro-active in promoting women's health within the Trust, submitting articles for the hospital e-newsletter, and staff and patient magazine, and fundraising for jo's Trust. During my time as support for the Academic Lead to the Trust, I understood the importance of audits and their teaching abilities for junior staff, and have been actively involved in helping junior doctors with their audit presentations.
