   ACMC has ten affiliate clinics across 17 south central Minnesota counties.  The facility houses 150 healthcare providers of numerous multi-specialties. Managed the nursing department made up of approximately 200 nurses. RN, LPN, CMA, NA, and schedulers.  Responsible for day to day operations, including strategic planning, FTE budgets and all medical supply budgets. Oversaw the purchasing for all medication and medical supplies for all clinics.  Hired, fired, disciplined and regulated all time off throughout the department.  Co-managed an electronic medical record project (Allscripts) including research, planning, selecting and the entire implementation process. Assisted in the writing of an internal electronic messaging program.  Regulated, oversaw and created employee teams for; Quality Assurance, Risk Management and all OSHA and HIPPA requirements. Strong influential member of the Senior Leadership Team, directly reporting to the Clinic Administrator and Medical Director.
