  I am responsible for leading multi portfolio delivery of our key client’s transformation , technology and sustainability ambitions across geographies. Responsible for leading delivery , center of excellence and operations across North America and India for growing Oracle practice Responsible for developing and running the Middle East business unit of Capgemini by designing the market approach , legal entity setup , local deployment as well as go to market and portfolio offers to Government , Oil&Gas as well as Consumer and retail companies . Later part of the stint (2016 till 2018) was leading the P&L of project and consulting business line for both India and Middle East for a cumulative business . Setting up of offshore delivery center at India for Australia . This was a big transformation and significant business impact to create competitive advantage in the market for price , solution and delivery effectiveness for key clients . Setting up of and leading India Insights and Data practice for our global clients across geographies . I have lead the entire design , operations and COE setup to deliver medium to large scale Data Warehouse projects from India for clients across Americas, UK , Europe. The COE become the central WinCenter and presales engine for our global business development for Insights and Data global practice.
