  In the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self Government, Department for European Integration and International Cooperation, I was named as Junior Advisor and I was working on planing, preparation, implementation and monitoring of projects under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government. I was engaged in more than 10 projects related to modernization and optimization of public administration, strengthening the capacities of local governments, reforming the salary system in the public sector, establishing new electronic services (e-Government), establishing a national training institution, modernizing the public procurement process, etc. In accordance with my obligations, I cooperated on daily basis with relevant international donors such as the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the European Commission, the Government of Switzerland, the Government of Germany, the Government of South Korea, etc. The description of my job also included: Cooperation with internal units of the Ministry, other institutions and organizations for the purpose of compiling for the relevant program and strategic documents and drafting project proposals and monitoring of the development of project documentation, in accordance with the procedures; Monitoring of the programming and implementation process; Collection, processing and systematization of data on projects proposed by the Ministry and other related projects proposed or implemented by other institutions and organizations; Participation in the work of the relevant sectorial groups for project preparation.   In the Public Procurement Office of the Republic of Serbia, I am engaged as an Adviser and Project Manager in Group for International Cooperation. I am involved in planning, preparation, implementation and monitoring process on several public procurement projects, and I actively participate in the work of the Negotiating Group 5, 22 and 23 in the process of accession of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union. I also perform other tasks within the competence of the Public Procurement Office concerning international and inter-institutional cooperation such as: Preparation and participation in the organization of the competition for projects from the scope of the Public Procurement Office and the competition for projects financed by EU pre-accession assistance; Participation in the implementation of projects financed by the EU pre-accession assistance, as well as other projects from the scope of the Public Procurement Office; Participation in the work of relevant sectoral groups for project preparation; Participation in the preparation of annexes for the preparation of strategic and planning and program documents of importance for the fulfillment of obligations arising from the process of European integration, as well as international obligations; Cooperation with foreign institutions and experts in the field of public procurement; Production of project documentation...
