      HIA Award for Renovation/Addition Over $2 Million at the 2013 HIA May 2013 Mary-Ann Woff as Head Architect at Canny won the HIA award for Renovation/Addition Over $2 Million at the 2013 HIA CSR Victorian Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards at Crown Towers on Friday night, Canny won the Overall Renovation/Addition of the Year category, cementing its position as the one to watch at the National HIA Awards in May 2014.

      Overall Renovation/Addition of the Year VIC Housing Industry Association Awards This Californian Bungalow renovation saw the front part of the home sliced in half. The front three rooms were retained and preserved in their original heritage, with the remaining back rooms reconfigured and extended to suit the new design and create a new space. The judges were impressed with the quality of workmanship displayed; the materials and finishes were flawless.HIA judges comments were “The integration of old and new was seamless. Stunning, impressive with a huge WOW factor.”
