      Several Roles

      During my career in HP, I had accomplished several of my personal goals. I improve my multitasking skills, because now I handle 3 different processes, in 3 different teams, because I felt that with only 1, was not enough for me. The best part is that in all 3 of them, I make an excellent job. Also, I helped the recruiting department of my organization, to recruit the best people. I had to make the phone screening and some face to face interviews, review candidates resumes, check English and excel test, and send feedback to the hiring managers, in order for them to take the candidate into account. In the recruiting role I work for about a year.I love to be challenged, and that is why I am always looking options to improve my skills and be the best in my job.Also at HP, I work in the e-Communications team. This team was in charge of sending any communications electronically that the company wanted the Partners to know, like promotions, new products, opening of new stores, etc. I was in this role for two years, and also helped the Partner Portal team, for a year and a half. In this role I had to create articles and promotions in order to post them into the Partner Portal web page, that it is an internal HP page that Channels used in order to search for information.
