      I have conducted research on constraint judgment analysis within the context of smart city planning crowdsourcing. Utilizing the EM (Expectation-Maximization) algorithm, I focused on identifying and analyzing constraints associated with this process. Additionally, I identified the problem statement that necessitates resolution by leveraging existing opinions and introducing new constraints. By incorporating these opinions and considering new constraints, I aim to address the challenges associated with crowdsourcing in smart city planning. Show less The aim is to explore and develop innovative approaches that address the challenges of constraint satisfaction in decision-making processes.Crowdsourcing, specifically collecting opinions from multiple crowd workers, has proven to be effective in reaching prompt and robust decisions. However, traditional decision-making methods like majority voting, weighted voting, or probabilistic models are not directly applicable to constrained cases due to their inherent requirement for constraint satisfaction. Currently, there is a lack of probabilistic approaches in the literature that specifically target obtaining final solutions for constrained judgment analysis problems.The research aims to address the challenges of constrained judgment analysis in crowdsourcing by proposing an innovative approach based on biclustering and density-based clustering methods. By considering constraints, noise, and annotator biases, the research strives to enhance decision-making processes and provide more reliable and efficient solutions. It outlines a plan to tackle the challenges of constrained judgment analysis in the context of machine learning and AI. The proposed approach, leveraging biclustering-based techniques, histogram-based density estimation, and density-based clustering methods, seeks to advance the understanding and application of these methods in the domain of large-scale multi-opinion datasets.
