Wrote Facilities and Maintenance SOP, redefining maintenance roles and responsibilities in order to implement plant-wide complete maintenance program, resulting in an increase of operational readiness rating of over 40% within the first year. Presented a Gold Award from Zodiac in recognition of this project.Researched, performed cost analysis, coordinated, presented and executed Capital leases and projects which resulted in a cumulative annual savings of over $7 million.Engaged personnel in Continuous Improvement projects and implemented Lean culture within the Department which was lauded as the standard all other Departments should strive to achieve by both the Lean Department VP and Director of Operations.
