As a major international player, Sberbank International serves over 14 million customers, employs more than 28,000 individuals and have more than 500 offices. As part of a team of four, I was responsible for the frontend development and maintenance of this complex system, ensuring a seamless user experience for employees across the globe.👨🏻‍🔧 My main tasks:⚫️ Developed and supported inner product HR Portal for company workers requests, in the team of 4 people.⚫️ Optimized workflow by replacing Snowpack to Webpack, resulting in more efficient development.⚫️ Integrated real-time communication through Sockets, modernizing the platform.⚫️ Rewrote scripts for frontend backend integration of the platform in 2 months which increased the efficiency of the support team, as the team member of 3 people.🏆 Key Achievements: ⚫️ Streamlined development workflow by replacing Snowpack to Webpack, resulting in a 20% improvement in development efficiency.⚫️ Integrated real-time communication through Sockets, modernizing the platform and enabling seamless data exchange and updating between the frontend and backend components.⚫️ Rewrote scripts for frontend-backend integration, reducing support team response times by 20%, directly impacting the overall user experience and satisfaction.⚫️ Developed and supported the company's inner product HR Portal, a critical platform for employee requests and management, in the team of 4 people. I design and develop intuitive data visualizations that effectively present and analyze laboratory-derived cancer data.Throughout my tenure at BostonGene, I have developed innovative solutions that have made a significant impact on the oncology community.
