  As the Customer Service and Recipient relations specialist, the responsibilities undertaken by Tabitha involve conceptualisation and curation of events to create more awareness in the hearing loss field. This is achieved by:1. Working with internal stakeholders on key business goals and marketing goals2. Working with end users to understand their needs and challenges3. Engaging with health care professionals on being guest speakers/educators for events4. Responding to concerns during these events and building rapport amongst end-users.5. Connect candidates with advocates6. Maintain advocacy relations by engaging them for PR/Social Media coverage.Events:1. Youth Talk (July 2016) - a networking session for end users to share their experiences in overcoming challenges as they enter adulthood2. New product preview event (November 2016) - A session for our end users to have a first hand look at our new product before it was commercially launched in Singapore3. Hearing with 2 ears (December 2016) - a talk to explain the benefits of getting 2 cochlear implants4. “Coffee and Conversations @ Cochlear (CCC)” - casual meet-up sessions for candidates and end-users to connect. Show less Tabitha is handling all Singapore accounts on all matters from order to cash, and customer feedback regarding satisfaction of support given.-Coordinated Professionals-only event in Nov 2012 for launch of new product-Provided logistics support for a distributorsʼ meeting in Hanoi in 2013-Coordinated and oversaw new product launch event for Singapore professionals under a tight budget in Jan 2014-Coordinated and oversaw consumer event for the Cochlear Awareness Network, in collaboration with a local hospital in Mar 2014-Was emcee for APAC Customer Care meeting in December 2013, as well as for Asia Growth Market Distributor Meeting in September 2014.- Successfully organized recipient event for Children's Day in Singapore in October 2015, and for new product launch in December 2015.- Developed Upgrade Program for existing users of device in Singapore. Worked closely with account manager on pricing strategy for the program. Also worked closely with the marketing manager on the brochures by providing the worded content. - Key coordinator for Office Relocation project due to expansion of the team based in Singapore.Tabitha is also currently speaking actively with product end users to rebuild the Awareness Network.Tabitha also manages the SEA Facebook and Instagram Accounts, by developing content that is aligned with overall global and APAC messaging strategies.
